32nd Avenue Upgrade, Muldoon Road to Brookridge Drive! The Alaska Legislature approved final funding for the upgrade and Governor Parnell signed the bill. Construction is to begin in spring of 2012 and be completed within one construction season. (For project details see the Capital Improvements section link in left column.)
